P O L I C I E S
PAYMENTS:
- Payments can be made with cash (preferred), Venmo, or with a credit/debit card.
- If you would like to use an e-gift card toward your appointment, please have your gift card number ready. It can be found in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of purchase.
- Purchasing a new gift card does not guarantee an appointment.
Late Policy and Cancellations:
- Taylor will not be able to accommodate anyone who is running more than 10 minutes late, and you will be considered a no-show.
- 48 Hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule microblading appointments. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of deposit.
- A notice of at least 24 hours is required to cancel/reschedule any waxing or lamination appointments, or you will also be marked as a no-show.
- All no-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the services booked.
- A card on file will be required to book any appointments. If your card is invalid or unlinked and you do not give proper notice to cancel or reschedule, you will not be allowed to book any future appointments. Cancellation fee is 100% of the dollar amount on the appointment.
- If you are marked as a no-show 3 times within one year, you will also not be allowed to return to Arch & Glow regardless of paying the no-show fees.
